 I am sorry to doubt you, t-p@…, you were correct. Patch 19477 definitely
 caused the problem. I just checked with a fresh install on another PC.

 Can someone PLEASE fix this??? I think there are a lot of non-English
 speaking people out here having the same problem.

 Would the developers like me to provide more data on this? I would be more
 than willing to provide any.
