Comment:

 It was changed at the request of a translator who suggested that the
 elipsis character was preferable to dot-dot-dot. Yes Terra uses UTF-8,
 this isn't the problem, it's perfectly correct (character set is correctly
 declared at the start of the document). I'm happy to change it back, but I
 be even happier to get to the bottom of why it's incorrectly displayed, QT
 bug perhaps?
