 A segfault occasionally occurs when skipping ahead (with the right arrow
 key) while EIA-708 (ATSC) closed captions are turned on.  I did some
 debugging with gdb, and discovered that the crash occurs in
 CC708Window::Scroll, which accesses the "text" variable even though it may
 be null.  I've attached a patch which adds a null check to prevent this
 crash from occurring.
