 audioencoding-trunk-7.4.diff

 Fix channel order (Pro-Logic II files above now plays fine).
 Fix regression when mythfrontend can't open audio card
 Fix JACK compilation issue
 Rewrite GetSupportedRates to prevent invalid iterators following erase in
 vectors
 Reformat the code to follow MythTV standard coding rules.
 Some minor C++ declaration fixes

 Haven't tested on Analog output, assuming earlier code was okay.
