 Using latest trunk (SVN: 21521)
 The sort header fields resolve to the wrong url, dropping the 'mythweb'
 prefix.

 eg. If I use Mythweb to view my current recordings, the link is:
 http://servername/mythweb/tv/recorded

 If I click on the "airdate" header to sort by that field, the link is now:
 http://servername/tv/recorded?sortby=airdate

 ...which leads to a 404.

 It should be (and until about a month ago used to be):
 http://servername/mythweb/tv/recorded?sortby=airdate

 The same occurs on the other mythweb pages (eg. upcoming recordings)
