Comment:

 (In [21407]) Closes #4469.  Adds a trivial check to find_meta.py to allow
 skipping of a directory
 by placing a .mythvideo_skip_directory file in it.  Note that such a patch
 for the UI
 will not be applied, when we have them we should do this with SG directory
 preferences.
