Log:

Adds the very-often requested metadata browse modes to MythVideo.  Context menu now contains item "Browse By..." which provides a menu of options such as browsing by Folder (Default, file structure), Genre, Category, Year, and Director.  I will add other browse types over the next few days.  Specifically I'll add an option to build TVSeries->Season->Episode, and probably Cast.
