 Hi All,

 I noticed that there were no icons for the HD720 & HD1080 states so I made
 the attached icons.  They're a slight variation on the default HD icon
 (hd.png).  I also made a minor patch to recordings-ui.xml for default and
 default-wide so that it would use the new icons.  Feel free to include it
 if you like it.
