 The default (non-wide) theme for MythWeather on the trunk is a bit broken
 with various elements of the different screens overlapping or out of
 place.

 Attached is a patch to update the default theme to match the existing
 default-wide theme which doesn't have these issues.

 It also provides a small fix to the sever weather screen default-wide
 theme so that more than one line of alert text can be displayed.
