 Sorry, should provide more info.  I have recently updated to KDE4.2, so
 not certain if this would have anything to do with it, but I spent
 countless hours trying to make adjustments to the window behaviour, but
 haven't been able to get it to act as it should.  Is anybody else seeing
 this?  Is is related to kde4 as opposed to 3.5?
