 For each of the posted errors, I beleive that you are not using the latest
 version v0.9.1 in that version the problems you are have have been
 resolved. You can check your current version at the command line with:

 > ./ttvdb.py -v

 It needs to be version v0.9.1

 I test each of the problems you posted with the same parameters and v0.9.1
 of ttvdb.py displayed without error.
