 Hi Richard,

 Please try the attached patch, it should resolve the DB error.

 To apply the patch from the myth src dir use:

          patch -p1 < streaming_commflag_fix.diff

 BTW: This error only occurs when the storage is not mounted locally to the
 commflagger.
