Log:

Remove mfe and mfd from SVN. MFD is dead and the preferred plan is now to serve all media from the backend instead of having a seperate daemon for music etc.

Things have moved on a long way since MFD/MFE were last worked on and it's not worth porting them to QT4 or MythUI.
