 I have a patch that brings Alan's r11 patch up to trunk 18726.  There were
 several changes that needed to be made for QT4 and other internal changes.
 I haven't had a chance to test it with my r5k, but it does compile.  I
 will attach it soon in case it is useful for anyone and they get a chance
 to test it before I do.  I have also added the couple of small patches
 Alan posted earlier today.  This is meant to apply to an unpatched mythtv
 checkout.
