Log:

Allow qmake to generate dependency rules from installed MythTV headers.
This should safely rebuild all plugins when the underlying Myth APIs change
(i.e. minimise the number of make clean), or at the very least rebuild all
the main.cpp, and then relink, every time mythversion.h is updated.
