 After enter one of the settings pages (ie. playback or appearance), the
 mouse cursor appears and does not disappear as it should.  I have the
 option to hide the mouse enabled.  Worked perfect with 0.21-fixes, the
 only change to my system is upgrading to SVN.

 Running SVN 18557.  My apologies if its been address, but I've been
 following the commits closely and did not see anything that adresses it.
