 I still can't reproduce the issue. The closest I come to reproduce the
 issue is AV-Sync messages for the first couple of frames but after that it
 plays the samples perfectly. with 0.21-fixes, trunk and trunk+ffmpeg sync.

 Please test t5749_verbose.diff and attach the log of mythtv $FILE playing
 for 20-30 seconds.
