 nice patch.
 Changing Volume thru internal mythtv volume controls would be nice and
 perfect if original DD5.1 streams could be decoded/do volume
 change/encoded in one step to change the volume for each stream without
 using the AV-Receiver remote control anymore.
 I know there was a bit of quality loss but more comfort.
