 (In [18970]) Refs #5864. ffmpeg changed the way the mpeg seq end code is
 reported.
 its more reliable now, which is nice. change dvd still frame detection.
 also added debugs in case it doesn't work for folks. run -v
 playback,extra when submitting a ticket.
