 Attached patch adds Atom-feed parsing to MythNews.

 Patch adds detection of RSS/Atom feeds and splits RSS and Atom feed
 parsing to separate functions. Patch also adds feedback from invalid feed
 to both log and to screen.

 This is against 0.21-fixes, if this cannot be applied to 0.21-fixes I can
 update patch against trunk once it becomes stable enough.
