 (In [17287]) Adds a spinbox widget to mythui. This is a functional
 placeholder until I get the time to write a more efficient version. Like
 the final version this inherits from mythlistbutton and adds the ability
 to specify an arbitrary range of numerical values, unlike the final
 version if you define 100 possible values then 100 items are put into the
 list instead of determining the next/prev values only when they are
 needed.
