 When enabling 'xv picture controls' with 0.21, my radeon card will display
 odd colors (people looking like smurfs). This regression happened in
 changeset #14689 because 'valAdj', which was used to work around the
 smurfiness for some Xv adaptors, wasn't used anymore. The attached patch
 fixes this by adding the missing parts back in.
