 Attached is a diff against MythTV.py from 0.21-fixes. The patch implements
 several new backend QUERY_ commands. Also implemented are:

 The Channel class for storing details of a TV channel.
 The Guide class for storing details from the program guide.

 together with methods to retrieve information about channels and program
 listings.

 test.py is a simple example program showing how to use most of the methods
 implemented.
