 I have 2 hauppauge Nova-T 500 Dual DVB-T tuner cards. I have each tuner
 configured to allow 2 channels to be recorded, so 8 tuners.

 Based in the UK I have been having a few problems with recordings being
 shown as recorded but no files for the recording, in doing some research I
 have come across a possible scheduling issue.

 I started 4 programs recording on different multiplexes (mplex 6, 5, 1 ,4)
 I then requested a 5th program be recorded on a 5th multiplex and it was
 triggered.

 Jurassic Park: channel 1031 on cardid 1, sourceid 1
 2008-03-10 00:16:00.458 scheduler: Started recording: Bottom "Accident":
 channel 1019 on cardid 2, sourceid 1
 2008-03-10 00:17:35.356 scheduler: Started recording: Two Pints of Lager
 Outtakes: channel 1007 on cardid 3, sourceid 1
 2008-03-10 00:18:15.932 scheduler: Started recording: The Cult of
 Shoestring "Part of the Great British Sunday": channel 1009 on cardid 4,
 sourceid 1
 2008-03-10 00:19:46.692 scheduler: Started recording: Crash: channel 1013
 on cardid 5, sourceid 1


 Backend status shows 5 recordings in progress...

 No sign of the 5th recording in recorded programs.

 Not sure what files you require to help debug this potential issue.

 Running on gentoo with mythtv 0.21 beta (16407)
