 Merges in [16374] from trunk.

 Original commit message:

   * Adds a proper cast separator (and removes the arbitrary limit of two).
   * Makes the videometadata.inetref column a larger arbitrary width
 (currently
     needed by ilovecinema.pl and ofdb.py)
