 Could the author please re-supply this as a patch, and specify which
 version they are patching against?  ...ie SVN revision number, or patch ?
 Please also try to avoid confising naming, like naming your patch the same
 number as a different pre-existing patch to the same script:
 http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/attachment/ticket/4397/win32-packager.21.patch.
