Log:

Add the '-M' parameter to mplex when re-muxing the video and audio steams
when creating a DVD.

Apparently some providers add sequence end markers to there DVB streams which
mplex will by default start a new output file when it sees these markers which
isn't what we want. The '-M' parameter tells mplex to ignore these markers.
