 Some libvisual visualisations, perhaps most notably the latest versions of
 projectM, crash during start up as a result of not having their video
 buffer initialised at the point in which the visualisation is realised.
 The attached patch initialises a dummy video buffer during the
 initialisation phase in order to overcome this problem.
