Log:

Allow a new version of the DELETE_RECORDING backend command:

	DELETE_RECORDING CHANID STARTTIME

This makes it easier for external apps using the API to send a delete message
as they don't have to build and send a complete ProgramInfo in a string list
in order to delete a recording.
