 Attached patch adds sorting of recgroup drop down in recording details
 page. Having 10-15 recgroups it is much easier to schedule programs when
 the list is sorted (frontend also shows recgroup list as sorted).

 Patch also uses single SQL query to fetch recgroups instead of two
 queries. Special recgroups 'LiveTV' and 'Deleted' are ignored already in
 the SQL query.
