 I have attached an updated version of the weather-ui.xml file. It fixes:

 Current Conditions: the observation time text (extends width to up to 700
 instead of 450) which causes the end of the text to be cut off

 Three Day Forecast: all three days are now aligned in top to bottom and
 centered left to right within the text area.
