 Yes, mythtv_ac3.42.patch was broken by the multirec merge. I'm also
 experiencing the problem where sound is heavily distorted when switching
 from 6ch ac3 to 2ch ac3. It doesn't go away if I switch to  a normal mp2
 stream either.
