Comment:

 (In [15580]) Use gContext->GetInstallPrefix() to locate the mythbackend
 binary when
 running the preview generator.  This makes sure we are running the correct
 binary and is how the JobQueue locates mythcommflag and mythtranscode.

 Closes #4482 using patch by John Dickinson.
