 (In [15507]) Refs #2287.prev attempt to implement opengl vsync using
 openglcontext, got opengl vsync to share the
 same context as opengl renderer if present. this caused a problem if
 changing from opengl->xv renderer within the same TV playback window. so
 created a separate OpenGLcontext for vsync.
