 my current FFmpeg version SVN-r11549 lists under -flags switch mv4 but
 nuvexport (svn v0.5 and v0.4) uses -flags +4mv+trell+loop when exporting
 to xvid. On my system it runs without an error but i've read in some
 forums that some other users have to change the 4mv to mv4 in XviD.pm on
 line 154 to run without "died early" error.
