 I've never seen this issue in more than two years and hundreds of high-
 definition recordings from the local FOX and ABC affiliates via OTA and
 cable on 0.18, 0.19, and 0.20, with only [comment:16 a single exception].
 I can only conclude that there's some peculiarity with your local FOX
 affiliate's encoder that is causing issues with MythTV.
