Log:

Modify MythFlix to support multiple NetFlix queues in a single installation.
Queues are managed independently on the Queue and History screens, you are
prompted which queue to view when you go into these screens.  For the
Browse screen, you'll be prompted to select which queue to use when you try
to add an item to the queue.

Add DB upgrade support routines.
