Comment:

 You can't use --mpeg2 with a mpeg-4/.nuv file.  mythtranscode can not
 currently transcode _to_ MPEG-2, it can perform a lossless MPEG-2
 transcode, but it can not start with a .nuv and give you a .mpg file.
 Work is being done on this, but it is a ways off, it definitely won't be
 in SVN before 0.21.  Take off the --mpeg2 off your command line and things
 may work better.  There may be issues as noted in ticket #2854, but I
 haven't had time to look at that either yet.   Closing this ticket as
 invalid.
