Comment:

 I noticed that when stopping the miniplayer and entering LiveTV that I had
 no sound.

 The frontend logs showed that there was an error opening the audio device,
 it seems that not all audio devices have this problem as testing on my
 laptop didn't show the problem.

 I discussed this with "iamlindro" in IRC and he was kind enough to test
 and confirm this bug. He also added that mplayer was having problems when
 launched via mythvideo.
