Comment:

 I want to start looking at this, but the patch updated for 15223 has
 several conflicts with trunk.

 Bill, you might find it easier to use svn diff against a modified checkout
 of trunk rather than "diff -Naur --exclude='*.orig' --exclude='*.qm'"
