 TIP, using latest SVN, the required mythtv patches have now changed.
 using SVN:15290, the following win32 patches are required at a minimum to
 complete a win32 build:
 #4409
 #4411
 other patches may be necessary for functionality, but may also break build
 (unknown):

 #4391
