 Changes padding on upnp listed recordings to had a 0 infront of 
single digit fields in the duration attribute.

 So now " 1: 0: 0" will be sent as "01:00:00".  Apparently PS3's
realling didn't like how we were doing it before :)

 This closes [#4140]
