Log:

Add a key binding TOGGLEEPGORDER (default is number '0') that will reverse the
order of channels in the program guide. The order is remembered when exiting
the EPG and will be restored the next time it is used.

Note if you have the 'Allow channel jumping in guide' setting on the default
binding will be ignored so you will have to use another key.
