Log:


 Adds a method for grabbing Video cover art. Used by a few players
to display the movie posters when scrolling through the list of video
items. Also adds the upnp:albumArtURL property to upnp items which 
have coverfiles defined in mythvideos tables.  This is only
useful if your coverart is available on the backend in the same location
as listed in the mythvideo tables.
