 Rev 2 adds support for identifying R5000 by serial number (when setting up
 the device, you'll get a list of connected R5000 devices to choose from).
 This allows multiple R5000s to be used in a single machine.
 Also cleans up some unused code.

 Also a note about compatibility.  The manufacturer informed me that the
 6000 series boxes won't work with the current code, so it is limited to
 the ViP series Dish Network boxes until I get some test streams to
 implement the needed changes.
