#4766: MythVideo plugin fails under mingw with -DUNICODE switch

 mythvideo/mythvideo files fail under mingw with the -DUNICODE switch.
 Removing the switch for that directory solves the problem.
 Not a qmake/Makefile expert so didn't want to submit patch.

 Failure is for dlerror() in compat.h
