 This patch allows the user to enable/disable autoexpiry on a playlist in
 watch/delete recordings screens.

 I felt that the existing playlist options menu needed to be divided up due
 to the amount of onscreen items.  There are now two menus in place of the
 original one - playlist *actions* (play, shuffle play, clear playlist &
 toggle playlist for selected item) and playlist *operations* (change
 recording group, change playback group, job options, delete, delete &
 allow re-record, disable autoexpire and enable autoexpire).
