Comment:

 (In [16110]) fix 4mv vs mv4 to close #4490.  It's interesting that my
 ffmpeg says I should use mv4, but has no problem when I use 4mv.  This has
 been around long enough that I hope hard-coding the fix won't cause too
 many issues for people.
