Comment:

 (In [16035]) Closes #4173. internal dvd player. reworked dvd still frame
 management code a little. the
 last still frame decoded is stored and reused if the still frame gets
 cleared while in the
 dvd still cell. thx to otto kolsi for providing a stripped dvd for
 testing.
