Log:

Closes #3791. dvd menu button drawing doesn't draw out the whole 
bitmap.so for dvds that decide to use transparent dvd menu buttons, the 
workaround is to make the buttons visible. its not pretty but it works. 
will use this workaround until someone else comes up with a better 
solution.
